Evening Woods! Yup......made it home in record time (10.5 hours/720ish miles). The heat is a motivator. Ran between 90 and 100 all through Illinois believe it or not. Hit 100 degrees in Rockford. Twenty miles later it was 73 degrees - yessir - welcome to Wisconsin. But this time it was welcome relief. Had to suit up for some inclement weather the last 5o miles.
I have to say, I had a blast. In all sincerity, it was an honor to hang out with some of the finest people I have ever met. It's rare to hang out with that many people who have never met a stranger. But I'm not telling y'all anything you don't know.
