Lived in Lexington KY area for a few years in the late 90s. Jobs EVERYWHERE reasonable cost of living and generally a nice place.

UK Wildcat basketball is a bit over the top as it's pretty much a cult following.

Make sure to tell him to try some Ale 8 (soft drink) Best stuff around.

Will do.

He's a Union electrical and HVAC contractor. Says there is tons of work. He made about 100k on appreciation over 8 years on his house. Will be able to come out ahead in KY.

We pay over 40 cents on the dollar here. Legal weed doesn't do much for me though. CDL is Federal.
