Looks like you did remove the upper tensioners. Time to break out the cutting torch and get mine off.

 

Apparently I didn't give much info on install. I believe it was a wiggle and pry job but hd makes a retainer pin for when you compress the tensioners.

 

Sweet baby Jesus I finally got that bastard on there. Couple beers and a dinner break probably helped. I’d still like to find the guy that designed that and punch him right in the dick.
