Lou how da ?$!& am I supposed to get that damn counter balancer chain back on there? Looks like 06 and earlier had an easier setup, manual sucks for bottom end work but it looks like I need to R&R the upper chain tensioners. Them bastards don’t want to come off.

It's fun! You need two squeeze clamps to compress the tensioners and get it in. I couldn't find the answers when I did it so I made a Softail build thread. It may still be in here somewhere but I won't be able to find it with my phone.

That’s how I got it out, can’t stuff it back in like that for the life of me, too tight. I even tried spitting on it and couldn’t slide it in. I’ll keep wrestling with it though.
