Larry, back when I was in the Orthopedic business and smoking was allowed in hospitals, I'd go into the DR's Lounge in the OR and ,inevitably hear.." Al, give me a cigarette". I'd reach into my suit and take out a pack of non-filtered Camels. Always got either of two responses " Oh God, non- filtered, never mind" OR " Wow, a real cigarette , give me one of those"..

Al ... Early on, I smoked ... first Camels then after a motorcycle accident ( spending 30 days in traction ) a friend left a pack of Kool filtered ... Smoked those and only those until I quit a long time ago

I used to gag on menthol cigarettes..
