Hey, Jose.....89* sunny with 48% humidity. Fortunately , it's 73* with 46% in the Garoffice where I'm painting the porch swing..too hot to do it outside.

I hope the 5 bottles of that Lagunitas keep until you are through these parts. It's a bet no one I know will drink them.

My lips are sealed. Lagunitas IPA is a fine brew good sir. I’m currently sippin a New Belgium Voodoo Ranger IPA whilst getting ready to season some gator fillets for the grill.

Where do you purchase gator meat and how do you prepare it for grilling?

Al, after I posted that I googled where to buy gator meat locally and am surprised to see a number of places offer it. Who knew?

Stepped outside a moment this morning, don't want to spend any more time out there than I have to. Southerner weather, when I lived in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Lousiana and Arkansas this was normal, but I didn't like it then, either.

Don't know what the plan is for who gets what rooms, but I'll pass on the jacuzzi rooms, should be at least 3 folks that want those, y'all can fight over them.

If there's going to be multiple Eureka Springs rides, I'll pass on one and truck the lady friend down to some places a bit south of Russellville, some places in that area I liked riding back in Pan Head & Knuckle days. Wasn't impressed with Eureka springs the one time I went there, but there are some good roads 'tween there and Jasper. Good ones around Mena, AR, but that's a bit far for round trips.

It goes well with that finely brewed beverage.

My local butcher sells gator. I buy the wild caught gator. This particular one is from Louisiana but they also carry Florida farmed and wild caught.
Today I’m soaking it in “mojo” which is a Cuban garlic and citrus marinade then grilling it.
