This is the way to do it..no wheeling of concrete, just reverse the bucket on mini excavator. Notice the white truck in the background. On Main St, two house up from relatively busy intersection. With the big sidewalk contractor a half block up the street with one lane blocked and a concrete truck in front of my house, traffic was going to be ugly. My oldest son, Slick (appropriately nicknamed) says " I'm just going to block the street"...so he puts his cab lights on and does. Guy from the borough comes by and says " Jeezuz, Slick, those other guys have been here over 2 months doing the sidewalks and cubs and never closed the street off. You guys are pouring 4 or 5 yards and YOU closed the *&^&*( street?"..... Kid looks at him and says " I'm the FireChief and I think this is a safety hazard on the street. Besides, I can do whatever the *&^& I want"...Guy just laughs, shakes his head and walks away"...

 

You mob guys have it made, Al.
