TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
Hey, this is America..there's money to be made everywhere....
They will last me till till next year. Not much of a drinker anymore. Most of my meds recommend to avoid alcohol while using the meds.
I think I am seeing a way around the high cost of beer. Since you don't drink much take the 1.25 and put it in a current super high yield account currently offered, such as 1/1000 of one percent, and in 600 years you will have enough to offset the difference between swill and the good stuff. Don't say the TOAK doesn't offer good advice.
The "socializing" weekend from hell is here...try to follow this, it get's complicated. . My wife's cousin's daughter is getting married this weekend. The mother lost her father when she was very young and my wife ,about 12 yrs older, took her under her wing as a big sister, second mother. My wife has been an integral part of all the wedding planning. This weekend is also my wife's 50 H.S. reunion, of which my wife is an integral part of the Planning Committee (**** poor planning, if you ask me). So, my wife will miss the reunion tomorrow night. Tonight is wedding rehearsal dinner, then off to some nightclub to meet with her Reunion people. Tomorrow, wedding all day, my Granddaughter is in wedding, Reception in the evening ,30 miles away (more **** poor planning). The to some bar to meet up again with the Reunion people. I will be having more than my share of "socializing" this weekend. I hope there is nothing planned for Sunday!!! Thankfully, the headaches are gone and The " Weebles" have been in hiding for the past 6 weeks.I may have to start drinking, again!....Rant over.
Mornin' Marcus. You wouldn't mind standing in at a social event or two for your cousin Al, would ya?
I always thought that taking meds for any kind of virus with alcohol was a good idea. The booze gets the germs woozy and by that time the meds kick in and knocks them out.
Sorry...I have to work OT tomorrow.
