Got your sidewalks all set? When do you get to install the lawn?

They only poured the sidewalk and stopped at my driveway. They still have 400 ft of sidewalk to do before they do the curbs, since they're using a curbing machine. I'll be lucky if the curbs get in next week then several days before you can use driveway.I may set the forms for the walk going up to my steps next week. Still have to wait for curbs since I'm doing pavers btween thw side walk and curb....taking forever to do this, When it's all finally done , my SIL's crew can come in to do shrubs, topsoil and sod...

Yeah.;.no sh*t! Since, there's been so much delay, i keep finding other things that weren't in the original plans. Now, my front yard , patio and driveway looks like a bomb went off. I have no way to get rid of all the debris from ripping things apart since I can't use y driveway.....

yep..in reality we have 0 mills local property tax. Somebody came up with a brilliant idea years ago. We have our own power company which buys power wholesale and resells to residents. The borough is funded by this with 0 property tax. The brilliant part is that all the tax exempt entities like schools ,hospital, churches still have to pay for power.
