Bought a new sprinkler head yesterday. Used it this morning, works great.
Just put in in the back yard, turned it on and away she goes. Get to the back door and silence. Look back, and there’s no water coming out of the sprinkler. Shut the water off, undo the hose, there’s pressure. Look into the inlet, nothing. Take the sprinkler head off the base and take a look....there’s a yellow jacket that’s now a plug in the head. The little bastard crawled in through a 3/16” hole from the top and couldn’t get back out. Until I turned on the water and managed to squeeze him half way out.
