What a great day turned out to be. Our less than a year old Stihl weed whacker decided to **** the bed today. I opened up the gas cap, took a look and the fuel was pretty clear in the tank. Asked the apprentice which jerry can he poured from. He pointed to the mixed fuel can, that’s marked MIX! I opened up the jerry can to see what fuel is in there, looks mixed to me. Told him that I am not aware of fuel and 2 stroke oil separating. Swears he poured from that jerry can. So I decided to start taking the engine apart to see how bad it is. He goes in the shop and tells the guys that the jerry cans should be marked. They all told him they are, one has a tag. They asked what color was the fuel when he poured, he said clear...
Ok, the kid does come a farm, is home schooled and has fueled the weed whacker last year. He is not the brightest of bulbs.
The **** off part is being lied to. If you can’t tell me the truth, I have no use for you.
And that is my day.

I burned down my Stihl chainsaw that way, kept stalling, I kept having to restart it. Until it wouldn’t restart any more . Sometimes the bulb burns brighter, other days not so much. Tim I lied to myself about who’s fault it was

He won't be fuelling anything anymore. We will probably let him go at the end of the month. He's only half time because we are slow and lately there's nothing going on. I won't say he's unteachable, I'm not the right person who can teach him.

I think I just blew my chances of getting a job at Tim’s shop after I retire.
