Hey, Mick. MY work is just starting. Once the street sidewalk is done, I have theh following to do:
.....form and pour a new walk to the steps 4' x 20' then flaring to 9' x 8' then cover with pavers
.... restore some sections of porch flooring, sand and paint
....repaint all trim on front porch
....install handrail on steps
... new shrubs, etc in front with SIL's crew
....new sod
...bunch of other crap that I'll probably run into
Looks like a busy summer, also want to redo 2 sets of rear steps and refinish concrete patio...
