One way for the neighbor to remove his hammock is for you to start using it.
As for the trash, light it up. FD will show up and then it will be taken care of.

Al, you don't need a discarded box spring, dishwasher, 8 sacks of yard trash, an old metal storage locker or other assorted items, do you? How about a hammock?

Tim, I think there is an HOA here but being the joiner I am in almost 15 years of residence I have never been to a meeting, have no idea how to contact them, etc. This is gonna get a stern tsk, tsk from Russ, I just know it.
