Granddaughter and lady friend here this morning, 'tween the two of them the microwave got plenty of exercise warming up my breakfast and coffee with all the interruptions.

couple years ago got a rolling garden seat, just a metal tractor style seat on a 4 wheel trolley. Two of them were flat when I got it outta the shed, woodn't hold air, so pulled a tube, and the tire (with no noticeable wear on it) had several splits in it I could see light through. Chinese, of course, and people put chinese tires on their cars? That reminds me, gotta get American made Goodyears on the new trailer, at least a pair of them, before I start using it. Want to carry a pair of originals for spares, so I'll have be getting new rims, too. They're cheap compared to the tires. Getting a pair of different style tires for the garden seat thing, too, $15 each, not too bad, hope they're better (can't find any not made in china). Put those on, the two originals left will probably blow...

Computer rebooting... Sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes before I can use the latest win7 install 'puter, downloading updates, rebooting, then configuring when I turn it on. Lately I've just been putting it in sleep mode instead of turning it off, but the damned thing still does a several minute update and a reboot sometimes when I wake it up. Haven't taken the time to get a new motherboard for the one that died, don't intend to even try windows on it when I get it, start out with Linux and learn what I don't know (a lot) as I go. Mark, any recommendation for a Linux firewall and anti-virus?

Sounds a lot like a long haul trucker's life.

I don't use either. I enabled the firewall on my router

Eventually it will try to force an upgrade to Win 10
