Whew! Busy week so far. Babs and I went to a local bar on Saturday night after dinner. They had a really good band that played country rock and oldies. Then she stayed the night and into Sunday afternoon.
Yesterday I started putting new pedals and other goodies on the trike. It was fun to work on a bike/trike in the garage again. Got into the mid 60s.
Today I went to the funeral of a friend's mom. Knew him and his mom since grade school. About 6 other people that we graduated from high school with were there. Nice to catch up with them.
Tomorrow I'll be meeting some other old friends for lunch and then after I'll finish up working on the trike. Really don't have much else planned for Thursday and Friday.
Saturday I'll head over to Bab's house in the morning on the trike. Then we'll take a nice ride in the afternoon. It will be our first ride together. We've both been looking forward to it. Her late boyfriend had a Tri Glide too. Then we'll head to a steak joint about 30 miles from her place for supper. After we will go about a half mile to another bar that is featuring on of our favorite bands, The Friends. They're celebrating 50 years together as a band. Went to HS with two of them. Then back to Bab's for the night.
I'll be leaving her place early on Sunday to get to my sister's house for Easter dinner.
