Mornin Greg, Terry... been busy here, busier than a two peckered bull as we usta say on the big jobs! Now little jobs seem big but getting it done!

 

How's your back and neck holding up, Ken?

 

My back is ok, they were aggravating it at PT, changed up my workout, I had pain down my right leg, that has stopped now. Neck is doing ok, seems the nerve issue has transferred to my left hand but might be due to healing, finger tips are numb. Sore as hell today from the PT yesterday, they stepped up the workouts with weights!

 

I am hoping to get the RK out next week and give it a go...

 

Good to see that your body is coming around somewhat.
Gloria is seeing chiropractor today about tingling in her left hand and arm. Been diagnosed with disc issues in her neck a while back.

 

Hoping for a speedy recovery Ken, wind therapy should help!
