G'Mornin', Terry......first coat of paint on. This room is a PITA to do. Almost 500s.f. 10FT ceilings, almost 300' of trim to mask off and was painted a deep burgundy. I've been using this primer/sealer called "Gripper' from HomeY Depot for about 15 yrs. Stuff is amazing. I had it tinted a light tan color. One coat covered the old burgundy paint. One coat of final paint should do it. I use a Wagner Power roller which makes it easier. Too many trips up and down a ladder though.
