That's a conservative estimate of cost-to-build. If you're selling Lou, here you go.
Raw Materials estimate including powder coating: $80 (Steel, Wood, Lacquer, Powder Coat).
Add 15% overhead and variable costs ($12) : $ 92.00
Add a reasonable margin (50%) for sales: $184 materials total.
22 hours Labor minimum typical burdened craftsman rate of $24.00 / HR = $528.00
So, $528 + $184 = $712.00 sales price BBQ Set from Lou's Premium BBQ Tools INC.

10 is easier to compute for my old brain.
