Getting out ona Run is way more fun than chugging on a treadmill watching tv. I only use them when absolutely necessary.

 

True that although our gym has a nice view. Our town sucks for jogging. If have to go to the beach.

 

Bike shop called, mountain bike is ready. Picking it up tomorrow. New shifters and got the "once over" check up and service.

 

We have something called the Bob Jones trail that goes from San Luis Obispo to the ocean that I've been dying to ride! Hard to get the time to do it. I'm free Saturday but it's supposed to rain. Sunday is football and next weekend we are going to a NASCAR race. Life...

 

I hear that. I've been pretty fortunate as of late with life interference. Riding season is fast approaching tho and outdoor work too. Hoping to put some serious miles on the mountain bike. We have A LOT of old railways converted to recreation trails around here.

 

Thought it was a cool idea the first time I saw a converted railway.

Ya the rural areas invite some drug trade and other criminal activity tho. For the most part it's all good but there are places that are rampant with drugs.
