I’m sure this won’t be admitted to, but this has been the coldest fall/winter season I can remember enduring out here. I’m done with it.

Morning Al and thanks. I am the maintenance manager for a large office facility that is 60 years old. Responsible for mechanical integrity and everything else including aesthetics, landscaping, janitorial services, security (card access and cameras) etc, etc. Company is moving to smaller, newer, greener digs.

 

Morning woodzers. Kiddo is recovering from a bout of stomach bug. Feeling better but still home today with momma.
