Don't blame him for being pissed on this one. Unfortunate that Bell got collected in the fallout.

While staying at the rental house my friend notice this thing sitting on top of the hot water heater in the garage. He brought it in and we sat around the table for about an hour trying to figure out what this thing is. We never could.
Does anyone have a clue? The prong part will rotate 360 and it clicks into a notch 18 clicks in the full circle. The teeth seemed which are rubber are angled inward like that of a snake where it grabs whatever comes down the slot when you try to pull it back out. At first glance it looked to be a divot tool for golf but the rubber teeth made no sense. Plus the black base made no sense.
We finally gave up on figuring out what it was or what it is used for but we did conclude it was one of the nicer ones made. LOL

Figured he wouldn't get a tire today. Hope they fit him in first in the morning, some dealers do for stranded riders. Too bad it isn't in trailer range, I'd swap a tire off my Electra Glide. Doesn't have 100 miles on it yet, damned lifters... I know, I should have replaced those over a year ago, just seems like there's always something else ahead of it on the to do list.

They'd have to replace the people, too, to change that. Although most of them I saw are probably dead by now.

Dang Mick..... glad to hear nothing bad happened....other than the tire and the wait. I probably would have tightened up so much I would have laid it down!!! Hope everything works out for you on that.
Larry, I saw that..... looks like today's NASCAR drivers are too dang sensitive for the old rubbin's racing mantra. And these cars seem too delicate to take any form of abuse. Don't watch NASCAR much any more.... too sensitive for me!!!
