well it is Monday for some of us.

 

White phosphorous made pretty explosions, but if you got close enough to breath the fumes it was as bad or worse than tear gas. Landed once in an LZ that somehow got prepped with it about 15 seconds before we landed. I was able to hold my breath, but the troops we dropped off were in obvious distress immediately, good thing there wasn't a welcoming party, they would have been easy pickings. That was incredible stupidity, never heard who was responsible.

 

Pre-bed check over, time to sleep 'till Audrey texts the littlest guy is on his way.

Good morning Greg and all. I am on vacation this week but still have to complete some duties. Vacation just isn't what it used to be. I think it's the work from home thing that changed it. I usually do the reports from home on Monday morning, I am here so I just feel I should do them and save the PTO. I suppose I could have pawned it off on someone else.

G'Morning, Woods....finally heading back up to the lake after a couple weeks of being away. Going to be a few decent days in the 60's this week so I have to clean out and clean up the fishing boat and make room in the garage for it. #1 son will be up one day to pull it out of water, clean outside of it and winterize and put it away for the winter.
