Morning all. The groom's band was tight last night! Great brass!! Bar crawl made it a little hard to get up this morning. My camera sux especially at night.

Cooking up a smoked chicken, shot up with garlic butter and a side of jalapeño and pepper jack stuffed pork sausage.

I have left over rotisserie chicken breast in the fridge, any ideas on how I can turn it into some thing better?

At the gym. Got some good stretching in, afraid of touching the weights the way my backs been though
