About the only thing I miss being employed are all the neat tools I could use. There were DoAll drill presses all over the place. Even had a few made after 1955...

Evening Woodsnitzes and drillers. Ryobi 10” 1/2 HP here. Bought 10 years ago on sale, used maybe once per year.

Ive been told by the old fats that how they measure a HP is different than it used to be. 1 hp in them old days was more that what is advertised now. It made sense when it was told to me. Dont remember the details now.

Thats about the vintage of my shop stuff except my Polish/American lathe.
