Morning all
At 56 its already as warm as its going to get today, and breezy to boot
Putting the replacement shield on the bike & taking it for a ride, not many days left
2 70 degree days forecast for Thurs & Fri & then back to mid 50s for the weekend

Time to start setting up for Halloween
Been trying to buy one of HDs 12' skeletons for a few years, limited qty & they are sold out every year
Maybe a former Harley employee organizing Sales ?

Mornin, Davey. No landscape design is complete without a 12' skeleton.

Morning Woods. Interesting that you are posting images of my ex Davey. The resemblance is striking.
Looks like a day fit for kubbing here on MN, and I'm compelled to take advantage.

one hour or so at room temps check.
Slow cooking it at a balmy 250 for a coupla hours sear at 450 for 15. Or vice versa. I might try vice versa this time around.

Hmmmmmm…..never tried it that way. I’ve always roasted some garlic and mixed it with butter letting it cool and congeal again. Slather that roast with the butter, then pop that thing into the oven at 500°, 5 minutes for every pound, then turn the oven off. Don’t open it or even breathe on it for two hours. It should come out deliciously rare to med rare depending on how well your oven is vented and retains heat. YMMV.
