I agree. 99% of arrests turning violent are caused by the suspect not following what should be considered compliance. Anytime I was ever involved with the police. I never thought about non compliance. EVER.

It has been a long time since I have watched network news or weather. I have had it locked in the last couple of days because of the hurricane. They have people out on location all over the area and keep going to them for updates. They are running out of things to talk about. One girl pointed at the sky and said "you can see that there are clouds." One of the main guys back at the studio just said, "That's a whole nother situation." That is not a word dude.
