Hey, Lou and Russ.
It was pretty good. Disappointed cuz the plane I went to see fly- the P-38- had a maintenance issue and didn't. SIGH. Like going on a date with the hottest woman ever and just getting a kiss goodnight.

Went to the Durham fair. Pretty good 4x4 pulls.
This guy with a stock ford power stroke 350 did a full pull. !

This was the purtiest P-38 I ever saw, airshow in Tulsa around '72 or '73. Few years back tried to look it up on the 'net, found out several years previously it had crashed, killing the pilot. Shame for both of them. Little girl was a friend's, but that wasn't the kid's mother. Got a lot more than a kiss from her...
