Morning all. Dam hip had me up in the middle of the night. Couldn't get ahead the discomfort. I'm sure it's going to have to get looked at at some point. Still muggy here. Better that dry heat though. Only working 2 days this week. Got 2 Dr appointments next week. One vasectomy and one coloscopy consultation.

lou I’m on a glycosomine an condroitant regimen called move free. Been on em for years. S’posed ta take a pill every 12 hours but I take just one before bed. Once the levels are up in the body. Then you can skip a few. It doesn’t work overnight takes about a week for the stuff to get in there and lube up the socket(s)

 

I didn't take my usual otc stuff this weekend. That stuff dulls it a bunch. The hip pain is always there but very tolerable. Not taking anything just killed my sleep. Couldn't get comfortable. Not that bad considering what a lot of people deal with every day though. I've learned not to bitch.
