That pretty much sums it up for some areas in Portland. The local rider's pages on FB are littered with stolen bike posts. They even have pages dedicated just to that. They post up encampments that have a bunch of motorcycles laying around and some people have gone to them and retrieved their bikes, a few at gunpoint. It's going to get ugly if they don't clean it up.

Hard working, self respecting people will not tolerate the opposite for long. They respond the only sensible way they can when those with responsibility for the matter do nothing, THEY LEAVE !.
