I see it's a busy day in the TOAK today. Am I missing a funeral or something?

T'was a fair sized tree. Still not sure how I'm going to cut this big bottom piece up.


The raised bed is a growing salad bowl.


Squash trellis. Somehow some cucumbers got mixed in, and I've never grown or bought those square shaped squash before. I think one of my seed packets was mixed with something else. Hope they're good for eating, they're about half the squash back there, have the big leaves in the foreground. Was supposed to be all butternut squash.


Won't be a bad year for tomatoes, if they ever get ripe. Late in the year to still be green, only picked 3 last week so far.

 

Breakfast... I knew I forgot something this morning.

 

I’m not big on blonde s. Until now. Wow 8 inches!!

 

Came back from fair number deux. Scored a pair of boots and 7 tee shirts for a hundred.

 

Good evening all. The pool party and BBQ were excellent. Good friends and good food.
