Denny, retention is huge issue in this job. Some people aren't cut out for the work, and some have shitty circumstances in which they work. LE put themselves in danger on a daily basis for little pay and a lot of attitude. Most can handle the bad buys talking smack, but when it comes from the inside it's harder to deal with and people find better/safer ways to make money.
