I'm saving for a couple lenses I really want. One is $2k, the Sony 200-600mm, but it's an amazing lens and I have a full frame camera that will put it to good use. Next week I'm hoping to pick up the lens I'd like for an all-in-one for motorcycle travels, a 28-200mm. Lenses cost a fortune though.

Chris....ran into a guy who is a retired photo instructor that buys/sells eqpt. Any listing from seller Yukon Joe is his stuff. All in great working condition at good prices.

Yup. I want something like a 70-150 but a middle of the road lens is like $700. A good one is $1500. My Sigma 80-250 is just okay. I have a prime 50 that is awesome!

Super tasty, yummy and side of the fork tender-

The two spots where the bark is messed up is where I was lifting it with my hands. Yep, that tender.

This one had a thick fat cap but was uniform in thickness throughout. I only trim from the other side because there is a large “knuckle of fat”. I cook fat cap side up.

I used garlic pepper and salt, normally just salt and pepper. Wrap in paper at 150°. Reaching 205° is the secret. Resting is the other secret.
