My old man had a very similar situation. In his case it was a German Shepherd. The a-holes had that thing outside 24/7 tied to a tree. Thunderstorms, intense heat, you name it. My old man was a big time animal lover. He hated people, but mistreat an animal and hoo-boy, you're gonna hear about it. He talked to the guy a few times and finally it came down to the "None of your business" thing. So he called the cops. Guy got a big ticket and the animal control folks said if it happens again the dog is theirs. Guy came over and confronted my dad in his driveway one morning. He was younger by probably 30 years and getting aggressive. The old man always, always had a gun on him. Even though he was just getting his mail it was not an exception on this day. End of the story is the guy ended up running home fast.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could get a complete work up, with labs and shots, for $381, Al?

Sometimes I worry about you Mick.

$381 is outrageous! $362.48 is my hard line in the sand.

Ours was under 200. But they have been expensive in the past. When we bring both in for instance.
The cat? Not a chance. She is on her own.

I don't have a picture of it, but Sam's ear swelled into a massive hematoma last week. TLT took him in and he had to have surgery to drain it. Poor thing has a big stupid cone on his neck and we're cleaning him daily as well as meds and keeping Dean off him. That was right at $380 too.

I actually won the money back the same day I paid it.
