God evening all. We had a nice ride to Gator Harley in Leesburg. Some friends from Ocala met up with us there. It was a pretty sizeable crowd but nothing like a winter event. My wife bought herself a shirt and interestingly enough two Triumph patches. There was a patch vendor with the sewing machine set up inside to store. I did not make a purchase except for some chicken off a food truck and a cold beer.

Louisiana has been one big thunderstorm so far

 

I was out in the yard trying to trim grass around the sprinkler heads & it was cooling off and some dark clouds moving in.

I failed at trimming. The weed whacker line wrapped itself around the shaft above the spool so I lost an hour un-f***king that then couldn't find the new spool we just bought.

Saw on the news that Texas is getting hammered by hurricane. I hope that any of you who are in that area are safe and ok. Looks like some nasty **** going on out there. And to anyone else who is experiencing a lot of bad weather, I'm hoping you are safe and sound. Good luck to y'all out there.

 

That explains a lot. Most of this trip has been rain like a wall. Quite a few wrecks along the way
