You'd be surprised. Many of their buildings are 100 years old. They do make the best efforts, thought.

I used to think that way. Then you walk through one. They do try, but it's impossible unless you have a full time cleaning staff

I had this same conversation with Kristi today, repair versus replace? She made me see the long term financial benefits of staying with the status quo.
