Did you have to repurchase or are they graciously sending replacements?

Griot’s was nice enough to send a replacement package on their dime but I’ve been working with my credit card company for a refund. When I get it, I will forward that to Griot’s to pay for the items.
Of course the credit card company makes it as difficult as possible, police report, credit card statement, receipt showing credit card used, receipt with all items. I imagine though that it is slightly better than dealing with AT&T wireless.

Morning Russ, Greg, Tim, Larry.....
Ouch. That's no fun.
Griot's is a great company. Quality products and apparently customer service as well. I like your plan - stick it to the sharks and pay the good vendors. I buy everything on credit cards to get the points and protection. It costs me nothing unless I skip a month. Then that interest charge is something Mr Beads could relate to.

Eaglefan1 will disagree, but I have found so far that the Griot's stuff is of good quality, relatively inexpensive, and easy to use. I'm very happy with the results I've been able to achieve with the limited amount of experience I have.
He's a pro and has the skills to use pro level stuff. If we use compounds and a polisher we'll likely burn or swirl our paint. Almost impossible to do that with the Griots stuff. The results can approach pro level. Just takes a bit more time.
