Re-Morning, Woods....this property rental stuff could be a PITA. My daughter ran an ad on FB (I don't do FB) on Sat. evening. I had 38 inquiries in a day. Some of them were eliminated immediately for various reasons... 
Note to potential renters : Your profile pic with hat turned sideways in your "gangsta" pose is not going to impress a landlord...
Have a local cop coming this morning who'll most likely take it. Nice to have a cop next door since I'm not around much.
