Don't know yet...haven't had a chance to ride it that much yet. The wind deflectors worked well on our trip to the UP couple weeks ago. Felt air on my chest but no buffeting. Have not really ridden with the tank lift yet. Maybe tomorrow. But I'll let you know. (and yes, you may have to remind me!!!)
Bill..... all I can see right now is that the rocker covers now need a good cleaning!!! A downside of levitation!!!

I did a 2" lift. It improves the looks and makes the valve covers easier to clean. Screwed up my fuel level gauge.

Lou.... did you raise the back of the tank as well?? I got a "deluxe" kit that had spacers for the rear of the tank as well as the front. Don't know if it raised level or not, nor do I know how the fuel gage works right now..... but I planned to track and see. I use the odometer as my main "gage" and the fuel gage as back up!!! So I'll run for a few tanks and see how that pans out. My main reason for raising the tank is to improve air flow around the engine. I have a lot of heat coming from the right side of the engine. I'll keep y'all posted on results as I get some time and miles on it.
Sillie Billie.... jeesh!!!

Congrats on the sale Stan. it's a great time to sell. Buying...not as much.
I'm glad your dad is staying positive. It's what matters most.
Sorry to hear that Mick. Please give Sherri our best wishes for a quick recovery.
Sorry to hear it Rick. Seeing as it's a design defect I would ask that HD pays for it. Will it be ready for your Sturgis ride?
