Only reason I'm at that mark, is property around here is skyrocketing and shows no sign of slowing due to Ft Campbell

G'Evening, Woods...#1 son brought up the new CubCadet (*&^%^&* lawn tractor. 2yrs old with 7 hours on it. Played with it for 10 minutes and what a difference from the old CRAPSMAN ....and it's YELLOW !!!! BUAHAHAHAHA

just my luck the fed raised rates. How will this effect my soon to be car loan. Good thing it’s only 8 grand.

Oh goodie! You can watch your cars and bikes disintegrate in your driveway from the salt. My grandparents lived in Port Aransas and I spent a lot of time down there. My grandfather always had a bucket of Coke around to dump his hand tools into.
