Can't trust a word a dealer tells you on the phone here. Most of the motorcycles and pickup trucks that have looked interesting over the years are in the far northwest suburbs of Minneapolis, and I learned a long time ago that would usually be a waste of nearly two hours travel. Some of the used car lots I saw on a trip up there should have been called salvage yards. No matter how good a deal it sounds, I won't drive up there, either dealer or private party.

Beautiful weather today for a change, and had to spend half of it with the 3 youngest grandkids. If the 3 year old is out of sight for as little as one minute there can be a mess to clean up. Blueberries mashed on the floor, a new pond in the family room, and the front door's glass smeared with old playdough; glad I played babysitter at their house this time. With him around you barely notice the other two kids. Took a nap this afternoon I was so tired.
