TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
Its the forks rebuild and the neck bearing work that costs the $$$ - Ive done every service on this bike since I bought it. I'll pay the money since its at 50k and that work needs done which is way above my pay grade. I can do all the other stuff for the most part which is just checks and inspections aside from the fluid changes. This dealer is till family run which is much better than most current dealerships

My car will be sold for the same price I bought it for in 2018. So there is that. Course now I’m searching for a decent deal on a yoda pick up truck.

It's a Yoda pickup just like you said, and it's cheaper than the one you talked about.
That's insane Rick. It took me maybe 2 hours to do my forks. Not sure if a RG is tougher than the Batwing.
I missed it - what car are you selling Bill?

right. On both counts. But John has a few hotties I’d like to drive around with.
Easier, if the service manual is correct. Bat wing has have the inner ignition cover removed. The RG, just the cluster moved. I guess it's really just the same... Then it's down to having the special PVC pipe to seat the seals.
