Morning gents!
Weirdest day yesterday. We were supposed to move to a different AirBnB. Thankfully we overlapped reservations to make the move easier because when we showed up, the door was unlocked, there wasn't a stick of furniture in the place except for a nasty mattress on the floor in the bedroom, and a single cot with mattress in 2 other bedrooms. The 4th bedroom was empty. No couch, no table, no TV - nothin. It looked like an abandoned FBI surveillance house. Needless to say we left. Then it was a mad scramble to relocate. Not easy with a trailer and truck, bunch of belongings, and a car. All while trying to do a job.
That's me! My rental car has Michigan plates so I represent for y'all out here in the PNW!

G'Afternoon, Woods.....quick trip home to show the house next door with a realtor. Even though the house is not listed with a realtor, I gave one realtor a "one day, one person" listing . If she sells the house, she gets 3% commission from me and 3% from buyer. I raised the price 2 1/2% though..... a few other of my terms... I have to be there, I have to talk to the buyer and I have to like the buyer if they're going to live next door to me!
