If I was a more sensitive cad that comment might have hurt my feelings . 2500 miles, at today’s fuel prices may indeed have put you out of range for us ☹️.

I promise you Chuck, the comment was sincere. I really did think of you as soon as i saw the RV spot with hookups. But I sure get the cost downside to a trip like that. It cost me $700 in gas just to pull my enclosed 6x12. And thats when gas was around $4/gallon.

I'm now in this little project for about 13k but I bet it adds way more than that to the value of the home.
Don’t tell the tax assessor!

Lazy day is when you take out the Stang, instead of the bike, because you don't want to swap shorts for jeans

I'm under prop 13. Taxes are like $400 a year. They are set at a 1978 valuation of 28,000. Also you wood have to get permits to get on the tax man's radar...

Beautiful home Bob.

I was just watching 2 out my 4 favorite golfers playing at the Travelers in Connecticut, Patrick Cantlay and Xander Shauffele are in the final pair and will be tomorrow as well. The other two are Rory Mcilroy and Jon Rahm. Rory was playing well and was at the top of the board until about midway through yesterday when the wheels came off. Two holes and he went from the top to 16th.

Time to relax with a Modelo.

Evening gents! Toasty but comfortable - 92 and 15% humidity with a nice breeze. Sure is different than Midwest heat.

Picked the BMW up from the shop for it's gold plated 24K service appt and rode home in the heat. Other than that a pretty laid back day.
