I see no one responded to my urgent request for gps help!! ( 
) But just to let anyone who cares know, I did get the ride into my Boom radio/gps. Wasn't too difficult once I figured things out. I am impressed with this set up. Pretty handy when you need to use a gps for some things. I typically do not use a gps, I'd rather do a bit of exploring and find my way there.
Just thought I would let you know I got it resolved, if anyone cares.

Tim, I realize he is going to be what he is. I have taken a new approach and just nod and say 'OK' when he is daffy.

Figuring it out isn’t difficult. When it changes your route without you knowing, that’s the **** off.

Denny, I do not recall seeing a help wanted sign regarding GPS operators. Sorry if I missed it. Not that I would’ve been any help, I haven’t investigated mine yet.
