The couch potatoes I've known are all dead now... Did hire a guy to take down a big cottonwood tree sometime this summer, long wait for tree service this year. I could buy another motorcycle with what I'd pay someone to do what I've been doing. I don't keep in shape in the winter obviously, always go through this getting back in condition in spring. I don't push hard, but it doesn't take much at first to get sore, and I take forever to get stuff done, just nibble away at it. Good part is, I usually have all day to to spread the suffering out, a little bit at a time. Lou probably would have had all the spring yard work done in a few days.
