I understand hockey and chippy play. There is a difference between chippy play and going out with intent to injure someone. If Kane isn't suspended, there will be only one reason.

He can be, yes. I can see that. But he’s not like that all the time. When he wants to play, he can play.

I may have missed what your talking about a suspension.

edit…I didn’t see the boarding hit at the beginning of the 1st

The major he got last night gets an automatic review by the league by the idiot in charge of "player safety."

I wasn’t home when that happened.
I would be surprised if they don’t give him a game suspension.
That area of the ice is a danger zone. All players know that.
