longest 11 weeks of my life.
I had a cup cake run tonight but was switched because my employer is retarded.

Weather has been great, getting some yard werk done. Moved some yucca plants, damn those things are a chore to dig up. Assembling the first raised bed garden frame, some small veggies will be glad to leave their too shallow trays behind and sink some roots. Have materials to build a couple more, if these work out and I'm still on two feet next year, would like to have at least 9. Will be 32" high, screw that getting on my knees and bending over to do anything in the garden.
Audrey sent a text to me and her father in law, lost her car's fob and was stranded in downtown St. Paul and needed someone to get her other fob from her house. Husband was staying home with 2 sick kids. I started getting ready (printing out a map so I'd have a chance of finding the place and figuring out how to get around the inevitable summer road construction detours), but FIL texted on his way before I left. No complaints from me, his car has gps, mine doesn't.

That last day... probably will be one of your top ten days, right up there with finishing school, getting out of the army, getting married, getting unmarried...

I'd like to say that passes fast, but... it seemed to slow down even more as I got closer to the day. You know it's bad when someone asks you how much time is left and you say 97 hours...

Evening Woodsnitzes. Swimming this evening and chilling. This is the first day in quite some time that the wind hasn’t been blowing steady with ridiculous gusts.
