Halito Greg, Doc, Al, Jeff, Wooders. Just a quick run by....heading to see podiatrist and the physical therapy department. Wouldn't you know that the bone spur is not a bother right now!!! I suspect the cream they gave me is doing its job. Downside is if used as prescribed, it burns my feet. So I cut back to once a day and a light coating. But the spur is still there and won't go away. Hope they can grind it off. Then the arthritis is in both ankles, but doubtful they can do anything for that. I hate getting old. Haven't felt like riding the bike the past week or so and we've had some nice days for that. Oh well.... Lurker out.....
