Greg, to answer your earlier question Dad should realize about a 50% gain in value over the last 14 years. Nice home in a hot market without many other decent options right now for people in that town. If I were a betting man I would project we will get asking price this Thursday night from a private showing. Older couple with farming background need to move off their original farm home place so the Next Generation can move in.
