I saw one of those start up in front of its hangar and just take off from the parking pad, looked like no more than 3 times the length of the airplane. Still climbed out pretty steep, too. It was a fairly busy airport and I wondered if he had permission to do that - was an Air America plane and they often just did whatever they felt like.

Couple of HC-144 surveillance planes would do a good job for them. How many millions can they afford?

There are three of us, age 55, 63 and 69 emptying out this four level house. Three of the four levels were pretty normal..... furniture clothing, etc but that fourth level was all basement storage and the collections from my parents, grandparents and two single aunts that are deceased but never married. My parents didn't throw a damn thing away. To give you an example I have over 20 totes of confidential documents that are outdated but need to be shredded, some dating back to the 1920s. I have also almost 20 totes of primarily family pictures and some momentos. A local antique store has taken a boatload and my two sons have helped move furniture. We are down to some items left filling the garage and the cleaners are currently working their way through the house.
Uff Da......
This past winter I went through a bunch of boxes stored in a downstairs bedroom and several in the 'puter room, stuff I'd pretty much ignored since becoming single a bit over 20 years ago. Some of it was interesting, like a box of a few hundred checks from the 70's. Puts some perspective on how much prices have gone up since then. $3.89 to a gas station... Didn't keep all the old tax returns, though, oldest I found was 1994. Probably got a dozen boxes down to one.

Installed the a/c. Gonna need it tomorrow. Lawn golf bike ride in that order for the weekend.
Boss texted me for the foreseeable future I’m the lucky guy with a 53 foot van flirting with nyc terminal pick ups nothing but headache’s and no money in it. Still a 3rd shift gig thou.

That's been on my mind, too, don't want to leave Audrey a dumpster of stuff to go through, although she might just toss boxes without even looking in them. Her mom left a couple closets worth of clothes when she left, and Audrey just threw them all in the garbage; when I asked her if she wanted to ask her mom about those, or take them to a charity, she just said we didn't need the aggravation.

We're going a different direction. Three Soloy 206s with cameras and a few Caravans with cameras, couple of King Air 250s, and a 206G with a host of SIGINT **** on it.

I was going to suggest that. I discussed it with Al and we see no other option.
